The transformable long necklace is a new creation illustrating the the centenary know-how used by Van Cleef & Arpels for the Perlée collection, mixing innovation with infinite finesse.
On a long chain in yellow gold, a pendant made up of three different-sized rings showcases the golden beads, motif which inspired the Maison’s creations for decades.
These golden beads are worked one by one by the jeweler, before being hand-polished in several stages to obtain a perfectly smooth surface and a shimmering play of the light.
The central ring can be removed and replaced by one of three other circles adorned with beads of turquoise, coral or onyx.
Each hard stones ball meets the Maison’s stringent selection criterias, and has been made then hand-polished, before being strung in a falling line on a thread of gold.
